Wyren Memoria Terms and Conditions

  1. Agreement to Terms
    By accessing Wyren Memoria at memoria.wyren.app you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree do not use the service. Wyren Memoria is operated by Wyren LLC, 385 Hose Road, Moravian Falls NC 28654.
  2. Description of Service
    Wyren Memoria is a web-based legacy preservation application powered by artificial intelligence. Users engage in guided conversations with an AI that helps draw out the pattern and meaning underneath their lived experience — preserving wisdom across sessions and generations. Wyren Memoria is not a mental health service, not therapy, and not a substitute for professional psychological care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.
  3. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years of age to use Wyren Memoria. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.
  4. Memberships
    Wyren Memoria offers paid membership tiers — Solitary at $19.99/month or $179/year, Family at $39.99/month or $349/year, and Legacy at $99/month or $899/year. Founding member rates are available to the first 100 members at $14/month for Solitary and $27/month for Family. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  5. Cancellation
    You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting info@wyren.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access through the end of the paid period.
  6. Refunds
    All sales are final. No refunds are issued for membership payments or partial billing periods.
  7. Acceptable Use
    You agree not to misrepresent AI-generated content from Memoria as your own original work. You agree not to attempt to manipulate or abuse the Memoria system. You agree not to use Wyren Memoria if you are under 18 years of age.
  8. AI Disclosure
    Wyren Memoria is powered by artificial intelligence provided by Anthropic. Memoria responses are generated by AI. They are not the words of a human advisor. Wyren Memoria does not guarantee the accuracy of any historical references made by the AI.
  9. User Content
    Session content including your conversations, reflections, and soul document remain your own. By using Wyren Memoria you grant us permission to store this content for the purpose of providing continuity between sessions and enabling Legacy Mode for your family. We do not sell or share your session content with third parties. In Legacy Mode, family members you have explicitly authorized may access your session record.
  10. Account Suspension
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
  11. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law Wyren LLC liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the six months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
  12. Dispute Resolution
    Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Wyren Memoria will first be addressed through informal negotiation. If informal negotiation fails disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in North Carolina. You have one year from the date of the event to bring a claim.
  13. Changes to Terms
    We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Wyren Memoria after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
