What happens if you keep going

Three things is a page. What you just made took two minutes and nothing like it existed before you did it.

A record is what happens when you keep going. Each session starts with a question. You answer however you want. It gets written down.

The map

Every session adds to it. You can see the shape of what you have put down.

Read-backs

At sessions 3, 7, 15, and 30, the record is read back to you. What you returned to, in your own terms.

Your portrait

After five sessions, a written description of you, built from what you have actually said. Updated as you go.

You decide who can read it and when. That can be nobody, or the people you choose, or only after you die. It is your record either way.
